The company reserves the right to change these terms at any time without notice.

The company holds the copyright on all content and design of this site. Except as stated herein, no content of this site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, mirrored or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Jobs711.com. Any unauthorized use of content or other elements contained on this site will violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. In case of violation of these terms, the company reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law. 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.  The parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of city, state and federal courts sitting in the State of Florida and County of Pinellas for resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.

The following is a compiled list of actions upon which members and non-members may not engage with regards to the use of this site and or its content.

·         One may not post inaccurate or misleading information on this site at any time.

·         An employer may not allow a job posting to run more than 72 hours beyond the time at which the position has been filled or is otherwise no longer available. 

·         Passwords may never be shared.

·         An individual or company may not post a resume as a means to solicit business.

·         Jobs711.com reserves the right to cancel or remove any advertising without obligation to provide a reason.

·         Jobs711.com reserves the right to make changes to the site and or services offered without obligation to provide notice.  Material alterations will be listed in the “Terms and Conditions”.  

·         Job postings are singular and each posting must refer to only one position at one location. Multiple positions are to be considered as multiple postings and shall be posted in separate ads. Anybody in violation of this requirement will be notified to make corrections to their posting. If the ad is still in violation of this requirement 12 hours after said notification, the ad will be deleted and advertiser will forfeit their job posting credit fee.

·         No individual or entity may use any tool or device that enables the gathering of information including but not limited to resumes and job postings from our site for any reason.

Refund policy

All job postings credits are non-refundable.  Jobs711.com reserves the right to remove any job posting it deems inappropriate without refund.  

Jobs711.com charges advertising clients for space rental only.  Advertising results are in no way guaranteed.  Provided the advertising has been posted on our site for the defined time period the client is liable for full payment.
